Points To Remember To Welcome Goddess Lakshmi/Lakshmi Pujan
- Make your home neat and clean, decorated with beautiful lights.
- Put a clean and red cloth on a clean table to place all stuff that will be use in Lakshmi Pujan
- Place a beautiful, cleaned and designer Kalash filled 75% with water on the table and handful rice put inside the Kalash
- Place five leaves of mango in a circular way on the mouth of Kalash and now place a fresh coconut on the Kalash.
- Take a cleaned plate and put some rice, a little grain flour, turmeric and vermilion in that plate
Now every stuff is ready to worship Goddess Lakshmi. We all Hindus know very well that in every pujan, Lord Ganesha comes first so place beautiful idols of Shri Ganesha and Goddess Lakshmi on the table. Now make swastika, ohm and shree symbols on the plate by turmeric & light a punchmukhi Diya(Lamp) filled with oil or Deshi ghee.

Once these all things done, start chanting mantra. Starts with the Ganesha mantra and chant mantra of Lakshmi, Gayatr Mantra
